Trust admins can manage the formulary, view admin sign-ins, and manage this admin list. You must always have at least one admin - the system will not allow you to remove the last one. We recommend a minimum of two.

A join code lets a clinician connect their phone to your Trust by scanning a QR code or opening a link. No email address or account is needed. Create one code for each place you share it, such as a ward noticeboard, the induction pack or the intranet. If one is ever shared too widely, you can pause just that one and the others carry on working. Codes never change, so a printed QR stays valid.

Sign-ins to this admin console by your Trust's admins. Only your Trust's admins can see this list; Blippit Meds platform staff cannot. Clinicians' sign-ins are not recorded. To see how clinicians are joining, open Join codes, which counts the devices connected through each code.

Every change to your Trust's clinical content is recorded here: the fluids, the values the calculators use, the wording clinicians read and the IV medicines. Each entry shows when the change was saved, who saved it, and the old and new values. Entries cannot be edited or deleted. Only your Trust's admins can see this list; Blippit Meds platform staff cannot.
